McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Part-Time Substance Use Counselor to work in its Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in Concord, NC.
How will you help us achieve our mission? You will:
This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, paired with at least a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Intern Certification (CADC-I). It's preferable if you hold a Master’s degree with a valid license or associate license in one or more of the following disciplines: LCAS, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.

- Be at the forefront of crafting person-centered treatment plans for patients in all stages of recovery.
- Play a pivotal role in monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions to support both patients and their families.
- Connect patients with vital support services, such as medical evaluation, mental health, and social support - Your impact will extend beyond our doors!
- Participate in clinical supervision sessions to foster your professional growth and development.
