McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to float as needed among its Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs in the Eastern North Carolina regional facilities (Charlotte, Concord, Monroe, Gastonia).
How will you help us achieve our mission? You will :
- Admit clients to all substance use disorder treatment modalities (primarily MAT services).
- Conduct medical assessments, including medical and substance use histories and physical exams.
- Order medical tests and medications, as well as assess medical problems and provide referrals.
What are the qualifications needed for this role?
We're looking for a Valid North Carolina PA or NP License, full unrestricted DEA licensure, NC controlled substances database access, as well as experience in EKG interpretation.
