McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Full-time Counselor to work with the Resource Team as a Floater across the organization's programs and departments.
This position has the opportunity for a hybrid schedule for onsite work as well as remote work.
How will you help us achieve our mission? You will:
- Be at the forefront of crafting person-centered treatment plans for patients in all stages of recovery.
- Play a pivotal role in monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions to support both patients and their families.
- Connect patients with vital support services, such as medical evaluation, mental health, and social support - allowing your impact will extend beyond our doors.
- Participate in clinical supervision sessions to foster your own professional growth and development.
- Fill in for any McLeod Centers Counselor role as needed.
What are the qualifications needed for this role?:
This role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field with a CADC certification. A Master’s degree with a valid license or associate license LCAS is preferred. Other licensure as an LCMHC, LCSW, and/or LMFT is accepted.
