Billing Clerk
McLeod Cooperative Power Association (MCPA) is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, well-organized, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
As a Billing Clerk at MCPA, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Co-op's monthly electric bills, bill collections, and capital credit processes. Your duties will also include processing payments, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma along with post-secondary education in accounting or relevant business experience. Candidates with a background as an office clerk, filing clerk, administrative assistant, secretary, or in a related customer service field are desirable.
