What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Host / Hostess position at McLoone's Restaurants?
The Robinson Ale House in Red Bank is hiring enthusiastic Hosts and Hostesses to join our team. Seeking someone with great communication skills and a team player. Daytime availability a plus. We are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and offer a lively atmosphere.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Proper service standards and phone etiquette.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills is a must.
- Driven by providing exceptional customer service.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting guests and patrons personally and on the telephone.
- Maintaining and confirming reservations through online reservation system
- Set up dining rooms in line with reservations on the book.
- Maintaining the appearance of both exterior and interior of the restaurant.
- Offer appropriate seating arrangements, present menus and assist servers with flow of service when needed
- General knowledge and ability to describe menu items.
