Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an enthusiastic Hospice Liaison to join our Sales Team! This position is full-time and the coverage area is North OC (Areas like Fullerton, Anaheim, Costa Mesa)
Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process.
- Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the agency are achieved and maintained.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Reliance vision and mission statement.
- Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services
- Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services
