What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Server position at MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites?
The MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites is currently hiring for full time restaurant server. Must be able to work various morning shifts including early shifts at 5:30 am. Previous server experience preferred. Holidays and weekends availability is required. You will receive a base wage of $12.50/hr plus tips with a guarantee of no less than $15/hr. If wages and tips do not bring up to $15 you will receive an adjustment. Earning potential is in your desire to serve your customers. Food handler certification is required and be able to present within 30 days of hire.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. Please be prepared to present an original, current and valid DL/ID and social security card for background processing.
