Mortgage Closing Coordinator

MCM, a leading mortgage lender, is seeking a Mortgage Closer to join our team. The Mortgage Closer will be responsible for coordinating and managing the closing process for mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage closing and a deep understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the closing process, including borrowers, real estate agents, and attorneys.
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate signing with all parties.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Communicate with all parties throughout the closing process to provide updates and ensure a smooth closing experience.
• Manage multiple loans and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage closing.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with loan origination software and closing platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple loans simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
