Operation of the Assembly line by using the established processes / TPM objectives while working together in a team environment. Accomplish any and all work assignments as directed by management adhere to safety procedures and follow process procedure for Assembly. All shift available
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Perform line start up.
- Load / Assemble / Weld parts.
- Correct machine problems.
- Inspect parts for defects.
- Maintain equipment using the TPM process.
- Know and adhere to safety procedures.
- Follow process procedures for Assembly.
- Maintain housekeeping requirements.
- Initiate quality improvements and assist in concern resolution.
- Maintain production efficiencies.
- Operate a fork truck in a high traffic production based setting safely.
- Participate in improvement activities using 5S / TPM processes.
