Key Responsibilities
- Follow detailed work instructions, including prints, cut sheets, and sample harnesses, for automotive wiring projects.
- Assemble wire harnesses that integrate seamlessly with vehicle systems such as engines , dashboard controls , lighting systems , and air conditioning units .
- Use hand tools and advanced assembly techniques to ensure top-quality builds.
- Collaborate in small teams to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficiency and safety.
- Track and manage inventory of parts and supplies for each project.
- Perform quality validation to ensure wire harnesses meet exacting standards for vehicle performance.
- Tear down and rework donor harnesses to meet new specifications.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize designs.
- Contribute to delivering world-class products and services for automotive and industrial applications.
