We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. Duties
- Fabricate custom cabinets according to design specifications and client requirements.
- Perform door hanging and ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Utilize caulking techniques to finish edges and joints for a polished look.
- Collaborate with other trades in the restoration industry, including drywall installation and water damage restoration.
- Assist in construction painting as needed, ensuring a seamless finish on all cabinetry.
- Engage in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.
- Work as part of a team or independently to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide maintenance person services as required, addressing any additional client needs related to cabinetry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar woodworking role.
- Strong skills in door hanging, caulking, and cabinet fabrication.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry, particularly in drywall and water damage restoration.
- Experience with siding installation is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to perform construction estimating for project planning purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
