ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create contact with delinquent consumers via outbound calls
- Follow our outreach procedures and instructions
- Maintain the high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Operate office equipment including computers and telephones
- All other duties as assigned
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update accounts assigned
- Create positive contact with consumers
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Meet 350-400 daily outbound call quota
- Skip tracing & seeking location information
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Dependable and accountable
- Outstanding time management and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
