The McMahon Truck Centers' family of Mack and Volvo Truck dealerships includes locations in North and South Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio. We are looking to expand our growing team and need quality employees to help us do so. We are currently seeking a New Truck Sales Administratrive Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the new truck sales department and McMahon Truck Centers Indianapolis General Manager. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the Truck Dealership title work, accounting and other clerical duties. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email. Reports to New Truck Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the new truck department
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- Covering the reception desk (Manager of First Impressions)
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Greet and assist visitors, customers and employees to the new truck sales department
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Assist dealership title work , Invoicing, bill of sale and reports
- Assist with new truck purchasing, check in process and managing trucks through the PDI process
- Manage online inventory including pricing updates and pictures loaded to websites
- Obtaining/Maintaining Vendor Insurance certificates and W9’s
- Help with reconciling Vendor statements
- Generate & assist with weekly reports
- Handle multiple projects from New Truck Department and General Manager
- Additional projects as deemed necessary

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous title work a plus
- Knowledge of CDK automotive software a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player as well as working independently
- Work well with all departments
- Strong work ethics
- Take Initiative
- Accounting knowledge helpful
