McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated associate attorney to join its public sector practice with a growing concentration on Higher Education Transactions / Education Regulatory Compliance and similar work involving New Jersey’s Public Universities. Candidates should have significant experience in this area and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Must have excellent drafting skills, outstanding analytical ability, and exceptional academic background. Candidates also should display a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction. Firm offers competitive compensation and benefits package.
