About the Opportunity : McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated litigation associate with at least five years of experience. Experience with municipal law specifically in the areas of redevelopment, long-term tax exemption, labor and employment a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow while supporting our senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including research, discovery, depositions and court conferences, as well as preparation of motions and briefs. Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and have excellent drafting skills and exceptional communication skills. Candidates should display a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and regular client interaction and attendance at day and night meetings.
