Remodeling Sales & Estimating We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! We have a proven system to generate leads. You’ll help us prospect potential clients, meeting with them and creating their initial estimate using our estimate templates. An ideal candidate has construction experience, estimating experience, sales experience, and kitchen / bath design experience. - Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Qualifications :
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Compensation : $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
