What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - High End Remodeling position at McManus Kitchen and Bath?
We provide luxury design build remodeling services to homeowners in Tallahassee. For the project manager position we need someone experienced in remodeling & construction with good communication skills, organization and attention to detail.
You will spend about 60% of your time in the field and 40% in the office. You will work closely with our designers to manage each project and will manage up to 4 projects at a time in the field and assist with developing another 3-4 in the design phase.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years total remodeling experience with 2-3 years working as project manager for a design build remodeling company. They will be an effective problem-solver who has great communication skills, attention to detail, and patience.

Compensation
We provide very competitive salaries with significant year end bonus opportunities. We also provide health insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 14 paid holidays and a paid week off from Christmas to New Years. We also provide a company vehicle for jobsite visits.
