Key Responsibilities
- Monitor parking lots and ensure that they are safe and secure
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the property and its amenities
- Provide maps and answer questions to help guests navigate the property
- Direct people to their destinations within the property
- Conduct trash patrol and maintain a clean and tidy environment
- Maintain excellent customer relations and provide exceptional service to all guests
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well with little or no direct supervision
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
