What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Representative position at MCMH?
We are looking for a Patient Access Representative for our Malvern Medical Clinic-Downtown. Duties included but not limited to: registering and scheduling patients, ability to judge when patients are in need of immediate nursing attention, obtains necessary patient information and signatures, answers and screens incoming calls, and the ability to handle a multitude of duties. Must be able to interact with the public in a knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient manner. This is a full time, 40 hours a week position, working four, 10 hour days. Hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and a shared Saturday morning rotation
