We are a residential real estate law firm and are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working for a real estate law firm or title company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of residential closing files for closing.
- Communicate effectively with lenders, realtors, mortgage clients, buyers, and sellers.
- Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer in a law firm or title company.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Superior customer service orientation.
- Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate law, underwriting guidelines, and Title Standards.
