Responsibilities:
- Assist the office staff with printing files for closing.
- Communicate effectively with fellow employees, lenders, realtors, mortgage clients, buyers, and sellers.
- Greeting clients as they arrive for closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless closing processes.
