Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Mechanical Designers and Engineers to produce drawings and support documents.
- Maintain Engineering Standards and ensure policies, procedures, and standards are utilized.
- Provide technical direction and solutions for manufacturing, materials, and quality issues.
- Process Engineering Change Requests timely and accurately.

- Prioritize tasks and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Track progress and completion of assigned projects.
- Calculate material requirements and maintain specification files.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects.
