We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Commercial Team!
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction and for managing all aspects of multiple small to large complex projects
- Apply sound knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields
- Lead a collaborative and inclusive design process
- Assist with budget management
- Prepare design presentation materials
- Partner with client and / or user group to develop design
- Conduct code research and analysis and review with various agencies for approval
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and / or clients
- Supervise and provide guidance regarding overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts
- Ensure that the project meets environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards
- Build, manage and nurture client relationships
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs
- Be a thought leader, research and investigate concepts throughout design process
- Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments
- Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals
- Serve as primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
- Exercise professional judgement in areas of contractual liability
- Other duties as assigned
