Job Overview
We are a growing practice who is seeking someone capable of working in a fast paced office environment who is willing to learn and adapt. Having some dental front office or other relevant experience is preferred. Starting pay and benefits based on the candidate’s experience and readiness for the job.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software such as Eaglesoft
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred minimum of two years experience of business office/insurance/billing
Must possess a strong work ethic and great customer service
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to schedule and multitask
Answer multiple phone lines
Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships
Willing to learn and try new tasks
Have a friendly, outgoing personality for maintaining customer relations.
Ensure accurate, supported billing is submitted and reimbursed appropriately and timely

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
