We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodeling and are looking for a hardworking Construction Apprentice to join our team as a Residential Remodeling Crew Member.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience in framing, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and more while working alongside experienced tradesmen. If you have a strong work ethic, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to build a career in construction, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Learn from Skilled Tradesmen: Support carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in high-end remodeling projects.
- Hands-On Work: Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and general job site tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow Instructions: Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete high-quality renovations.
What You Need to Bring
- 1 years of construction or remodeling experience (required).
- Eagerness to learn – this is a great opportunity to build real skills!
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic – show up on time and ready to work.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills – we work together to get the job done right.
- Personal Hand Tools – must possess the basic tools needed for the job
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $20–$24 per hour based on experience.
