Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Endodontic Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality endodontic services to our patients. You will collaborate closely with our dental team to provide seamless, compassionate care and ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform endodontic procedures such as root canals and retreatments with precision and patient care as a top priority.
- Work in collaboration with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Educate patients on endodontic procedures, post-treatment care, and prevention strategies to ensure the best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, thorough patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in endodontics and incorporate the latest techniques and technologies into patient care.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license.
- Strong clinical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and precision in endodontic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
