What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflows across our construction projects. This individual will ensure seamless coordination between construction teams, optimize project efficiency, and drive technological advancements within the company. Ideally, the candidate will be able to not only manage the BIM process, but also have a basic understanding of construction projects and have a firm grasp on construction scheduling.
What You’ll Do:
As the BIM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, ensuring adherence across all projects. You will collaborate with project teams to establish efficient digital workflows, manage BIM models, and facilitate clash detection and coordination processes. The BIM manager shall work directly with the dedicated project teams to manage the workflow and action items for each responsible contractor. Additionally, you will provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring they leverage BIM tools effectively. You will work closely with VDC, technology, and field teams to integrate BIM solutions into daily construction operations. Key responsibilities also include overseeing model-based quantity takeoffs, assisting in schedule integration with Primavera P6, ensuring proper documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage 300, and staying up to date with the latest industry advancements.
What You Bring to The Table:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM Management within the construction industry or a combination of BIM Management along with Project Management experience within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage 300, and Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and 4D/5D BIM applications.
- Ability to train and support project teams on BIM workflows and best practices.
- Experience integrating BIM models with project scheduling and cost estimation tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and emerging BIM technologies.
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience.
