What You'll Do:
- Shadow Quality/ Safety Personnel on site visits.
- Conduct field observations with Quality and Safety Team.
- With direction from safety team. Prepare Risk Hazard analysis briefing for specific Definable Features of Work.
- Utilize Procore for Quality Control Observation documentation.
- Overview approved submittals for project specific reports.
- Material Tracking and Verification in conjunction with project team
- Track RFI logs
- Assess Third Party Inspector Field Reports and Inspections
- Upload MCN Inspection Checklist into Procore
- Prepare meeting Pre-installation/ Quality Control meeting minutes.
- Prepare a Quality Control Monthly Report
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person)
- Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
- General Knowledge of QA/QC and Safety procedures on construction sites preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites as needed.
