What We’re Looking For: 

 We are seeking a motivated VDC and Technology Lead at MCN Build, that will play a crucial role in advancing our construction projects through the implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and emerging technologies. This role will focus on enhancing project efficiency, optimizing workflows, and integrating innovative technology solutions across all phases of our projects. You will work closely with project teams and field staff, to drive digital transformation and ensure seamless collaboration between office and field operations.

What You’ll Do:

 As our new VDC and Technology Lead, you will lead the implementation of new technology processes across all projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies for potential adoption, provide guidance, train, and support to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions, foster collaboration between various stakeholders, including design, engineering, and construction teams, to ensure seamless information flow and efficient project deliver. This role will also involve evaluating and managing relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that software and hardware solutions meet the company's needs, develop training programs to educate employees on new technologies, keeping the team up-to-date with industry best practices, collaboration with field teams to ensure digital models translate effectively into real-world construction, oversee the management and organization of data and project documentation, ensuring accessibility and security, stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies including Virtual Reality, Drones, LIDAR, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.

What You Bring to The Table:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction technology, virtual design & construction (VDC), or related roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in construction technology software, such as Procore, Blue Beam Autodesk Construction Cloud, PlanGrid, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging construction technologies, including Digital Twin technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in construction, and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python or other scripting languages for process automation).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive technology adoption across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support employees in digital construction processes.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to technology challenges.

 What We Offer

• Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience.
