McNabb Properties is seeking a motivated and career-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager to ensure seamless transitions for new portfolio tenants.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, responding promptly to service requests and coordinating necessary repairs.
Assist in all areas of property management, including building maintenance, repair bidding, scheduling, and oversight.
Partner with maintenance technicians, janitorial staff, vendors, and subcontractors to manage workflows and track work order progress to completion.
Handle tenant correspondence related to maintenance, service requests, and general inquiries.
Notify tenants of scheduled maintenance or other building activities.
Support vendor communication and assist with drafting maintenance and repair contracts.
Organize and maintain tenant and vendor records as needed.
Manage the distribution of keys, fobs, and parking passes to tenants, maintaining a comprehensive key inventory.
Assist with tenant improvement projects, including scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing work, and facilitating material procurement.
Conduct regular building maintenance walkthroughs to identify and address potential issues.
Order and maintain office and property supplies as needed.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Experience in Property management (required).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to access and inspect properties within the portfolio.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
