Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Take food orders and have knowledge of the menu.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Handle cash register operations accurately and responsibly.

Requirements

• Previous bartending/serving experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Bartendars must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $6.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
