Job Description:

Design and project management of diverse structural project types using concrete, structural steel, wood and masonry in a hands-on role producing project engineering designs and drawings while managing and mentoring team members.

Education/Experience:

· Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, (Masters desirable)

· 5 years’ experience in Structural Engineering

Duties:

· Structural engineering design and project management

· Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, analytical models, reports and correspondence

· Construction Administration including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFI’s and field observations

· Attend internal and external meetings with clients, design team members and construction team - both virtual and in-person

Skills/Qualifications:

· Knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI

· Excellent planning and organizational skills for our fast-paced environment

· Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges

· Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communications

· Experience with structural programs such as RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE and REVIT

· Experience with REVIT – 3D BIM modeling software.

· Strong attention to detail
