INTERIOR DESIGNER / FULL-TIME BIG SKY, MT
McNeal & Friends is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our boutique firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, build strong client and vendor relationships, and oversee design execution from concept to completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Design, develop, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Foster vendor partnerships, attend furniture and accessory markets, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Site Visits & Installations: Conduct site visits, manage client installations, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Contractor Coordination: Oversee relationships with contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Design & Documentation: Provide detailed drawings and schedules for ongoing projects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience working with a high-end, residential interior design firm
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or REVIT, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Broad knowledge of custom furniture and upholstery manufactures
- Excellent project management skills, extremely detail oriented, proactive and a self-starter
- Must be knowledgeable of high end design and bring new creative ideas to the team
- Ability to problem solve, work creatively and enjoy a collaborative work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
