Office Assistant/Bookkeeper for an air freight charter company operating domestically and internationally. Must have good computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc. Familiarity with Quickbooks a plus but training available for the right candidate. The position involves invoicing, payables, preparation of documents for shipments, some quoting and dispatch responsibilities for trips. We are fully telephone and internet based and work in a casual atmosphere. The job does NOT involve telemarketing. Competitive pay and benefits.
