McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking an Associate to join our growing Litigation Group in either our Devon, PA or Lancaster, PA locations.
Our litigation attorneys offer sound advice to resolve disputes through creative thinking and negotiation, alternative dispute resolution procedures (mediation and arbitration), or formal court proceedings.
Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with licensure in PA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
