McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join our growing Real Estate group in our Towson, Maryland office.
McNees real estate attorneys combine the scale of services and innovative techniques of a national law firm with the practical and personalized service expected from a hometown legal team. They deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of regional and national clients in virtually all areas relating to commercial real estate law.
Candidates should have the following:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with licensure in Maryland
- At least five years of substantive transactional real estate experience; partial roster of committed clients a plus
- Experience with general business governance or general commercial transactions a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivated and proactive nature

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000. Your compensation will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
