Position Duties / Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the department head, the Circulation Supervisor supports the Public Services department in the following areas : customer service, operations management, staff supervision / training, and record-keeping / data management. This is a Public Services position and includes active and routine contact with McNeese students, faculty, and staff; Friends of the Library, LOUIS Reciprocal Borrowing card holders, and other visitors from the community.
