The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in multifamily projects, possess a strong understanding of estimating practices, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
Estimating Duties :
- Analyze project documents to understand the scope, specifications, and requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
- Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable partnerships.
- Maintain and update estimating tools, software, and cost databases.
- Present estimates and value-engineering opportunities to stakeholders, emphasizing cost efficiency and project alignment with client goals.
- Evaluate new project opportunities for feasibility and alignment with McNeil Company's portfolio.
