We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join in us in spreading some frozen joy at our new shop in Maple Ridge Neighborhood!
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about our menu, and assist with flavor choices.
- Ice Cream Serving: Scoop, swirl, and serve ice cream and other frozen treats.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the shop clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with other team members to provide fast and friendly service, especially during busy hours.
- Cash Handling: Operate the register, process transactions, and handle cash and credit payments.
- Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about our menu items, including seasonal specials and new flavors.
- Customer Engagement: Make customers feel welcome and valued, ensuring they have a positive experience every time they visit.
