JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Investment Administrator monitors assets within client portfolios, ensuring that investments align with the client’s investment policy statement, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and personal needs.

PERFORMANCE DIMENSIONS & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Maintain quality investments in 20 allocation models.
- Maintain 100% accuracy of trading transactions and record keeping.
- Producing periodic reports, client meeting materials, and other financial documentation upon request.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and execute investment recommendations, coordinating with financial advisors for final approval.
- Actively searches for new investment solutions while tracking the suitability of current positions.
- Provide quarterly recommendations to update model portfolio allocations.
- Schedules monthly meetings with partners and prospects of fund companies.
- Prepare investment recommendations and reports.
- Accurately places trades in accounts.
- Handle client requests and solicits trades to clients at the direction of financial advisors.
- Update and create allocation models.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Research new investment opportunities.
- Semi-proficient in serving as back-up for Client Service Associates, to include the monitoring of emails, voicemails, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and expert knowledge with Excel.
- Obtain FINRA SIE within 2 months.
- Obtain FINRA S7- within 6 months.
- Obtain FINRA S66 within 9 months.
- Obtain CERTIFIED FUND SPECIALITS™ within 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Advanced Education (e.g., MBA), or other financial designations (e.g., CFA®).
- Already possess requirements that they must obtain.

- Strong focus on meeting client needs by addressing issues and concerns efficiently.
- Analyze financial markets and economic trends.
- Monitor portfolios and financial changes meticulously.

- Move around the office or between different locations for meetings.
- Occasionally travel and work evenings to meet business requirements.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
