Auxiliary Service Clerk/Part-Time: The primary duties of the Auxiliary Services Clerk are to work with school faculty and staff to procure and maintain inventory of services and assets paid with State of Ohio student funds. There will be additional tasks related to finance and accounting.
This is a part time role with flexible hours.
– Budgeting and Ordering
- Work with the Director of Curriculum and Faculty to determine needs for the upcoming school year
- Prepare a comprehensive budget to review with Director of Finance, Principal and President
- Maintain knowledge of state of Ohio requirements for reimbursements
- Complete timely orders for the supplies and licenses
- Provide up to date reports on orders and status
- Provide information and support necessary for Audits (State and Yearly CPA)
– Various financial and HR administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Prior Auxiliary Funds Experience Highly Preferred
– Budget Experience Preferred
– Accounting and Finance Experience
– Intermediate Microsoft Office Skill Level – Excel and Outlook specifically
– High Level of Organization and Time Management Skills
– Excellent Communication Skills – Internal and External to School
