We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails
- Communicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing orders
- Handling incoming calls and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Distributing mail, arranging couriers, freight carriers, and tracking of shipments
- Maintaining files and document control
- Responsible for the invoice management, including scanning, returning and creating invoices
- Provide administrative support for the Customer Service Specialists (Sales)
- Administrative support Operations Team with Inventory and Logistics
- Other duties as directed by the District Manager or Sales Manager
