YOUR TYPICAL DAY
As our General Manager, your day kicks off at our central hub, leading a morning briefing to align the team on daily goals. Thanks to your advanced experience, you easily manage and dispatch service calls, craft efficient service and maintenance schedules, and ensure top-notch onsite work quality.
Your role includes ordering materials, approving timecards, and preparing quotations and maintenance agreements. Regularly communicating updates to customers and project managers, reviewing technicians' work, and providing training and support are all part of your routine. Flexibility is key, as you also handle after-hour calls and weekend shifts to keep our operations running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- 5 years of management experience in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of the Commercial and Residential market
- Strong understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to field after-hour calls if required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- A history of growth within a company
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This full-time management position is based in Pensacola, FL. Your standard schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with additional availability for weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.
