Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Marketing Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our HubSpot CRM system, while also leading email marketing, lead generation, and product marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing data quality, automating marketing efforts, and driving customer engagement to support our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Cleanup:
- Audit and clean contact and company records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and merge duplicate records using HubSpot’s deduplication tools.
- Standardize data entry practices, ensuring all records meet company guidelines.
CRM Maintenance & Optimization:
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day functionality of HubSpot CRM, ensuring smooth operation.
- Implement and maintain automated workflows to streamline lead management, task assignments, and data updates.
- Regularly update CRM documentation, including process guides and best practices.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
- Implement and manage lead scoring models to prioritize outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create customer segmentation strategies for targeted engagement.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads through personalized campaigns.
Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer retention.
- Manage segmentation and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Track and analyze email engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to refine strategies.
- Ensure all marketing automation and workflows are running efficiently within HubSpot.
Product Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Assist in developing sales enablement materials, including brochures, email sequences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for product promotions, industry events, and partnerships.
- Align CRM insights with marketing campaigns to drive conversions and brand awareness.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- User Support & Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions to educate team members on CRM best practices and new features.
- Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure effective CRM utilization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM processes with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HubSpot with other business systems, such as Microsoft Business Central.
Qualifications:Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- HubSpot certifications in CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and CRM integrations.
