Responsibilities

Salary Range : $17.00 per hour

The Luggage Delivery Dispatcher assures passenger luggage is delivered on time by coordinating the pick-up and delivery of the luggage between the Remote Sorting Facility and the WDW Resorts.

• Coordinates availability of Truck Drivers with delivery pickup
• Dispatch baggage delivery routes efficiently and with a focus on meeting service levels in the most efficient manner
• Provides safety guidelines when issuing operating instructions
• Regular communication with Remote Airline Check-in GSC staff and assigned Truck Drivers
• Update and track Luggage Delivery to ensure that all checked bags make their flights
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required to Perform Essential Functions
