We are seeking an experienced General Contractor to oversee the construction, remodels, and closeouts of our 100 retail locations throughout North America. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in general construction and a contractor's license for the state of CA.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects for all company locations
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all construction projects meet local building codes and regulations
- Manage the remodeling and closeout of existing locations
- Develop and implement facility maintenance plans to ensure all locations are kept in good condition
- Work with the management team to identify and prioritize facility needs
- Manage the facility budget and ensure all expenses are in line with company expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility projects align with company goals

For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in California, MCO includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $120,000 per year to $130,000 per year.
