*** Requirements & Responsibilities ***
Ability to stay on your feet for the entire shift
Organize and maintain supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be available for overtime and call-in as needed
Maintain a safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department
Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition; adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards
*** Salary ***
Starting at $11.00 an hour.
Hourly employees receive overtime pay at a rate of $17.25 for every hour worked over weekly 40 hours.
*** Benefits ***
You will earn 1.54 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off) weekly, and after five years of employment, you will earn 2.3 hours of PTO weekly.
You may start using minimum increments of one hour of your PTO 90 days after your hire date.
8-hour holiday pay for employees once they have been employed for more than 30 days.
Following holidays are observed: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day Employees can enroll in Health, Dental/Vision, Short Term Disability, Critical Illness, Voluntary Life coverages after 30 days of employment

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
