Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct detailing services such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Apply window tinting as needed and ensure all glass surfaces are spotless.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Assist with custodial duties to keep the detailing area tidy and presentable.
Skills
- Experience in car wash or automotive detailing preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in buffing techniques and using various cleaning tools and products.
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks related to maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
- Knowledge of window tinting is a plus but not required.
