McPhee Associates of Cape Cod is a custom home builder located in East Dennis, Massachusetts that is currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join their team.
Qualifications include: 7-10 years of professional experience in all phases of residential architectural work preferred, proficient with AutoCAD or Revit, and experience in 3D design preferred.
Skill sets include: strong attention to detail, motivated independent worker, organized, clear communicator (both written and verbal) and precision-based work a must.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): meeting with clients in person or virtually, presenting designs to clients in a clear and cohesive manner, researching with town departments about potential projects for code compliance, field measuring existing conditions, coordinating structural with external engineer, working with site engineers, and developing a complete set of construction plans (including framing plans, built-in details, interior trim details and electrical plans).
