Our mission is to ensure accessible, high-quality mental health support through a combination of in-person and telehealth services.
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed psychotherapist in Delaware to join our team as a part-time independent contractor (1099). The ideal candidate will have experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA populations, be comfortable providing telehealth services, and preferably have a specialized niche in mental health (e.g., trauma, anxiety, relationship therapy, somatic therapy, etc.).
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients per week through telehealth services.

Provide culturally competent and affirming therapy to BIPOC and LGBTQIA clients.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed to ensure high-quality care.

Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold ethical guidelines in a virtual setting.
Requirements

Active, unrestricted mental health license in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).

Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy.

Demonstrated competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities.

Telehealth experience with comfort using virtual platforms for therapy.

Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance companies.

Must carry own malpractice insurance.
Preferred Qualifications

A specialized niche or area of expertise in mental health (e.g., trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy, etc.).

Experience working in private practice or community mental health settings.

Bilingual (preferred but not required).
